Acceptance of Terms : By accessing, using, or interacting with any websites, applications, services, or communication modes, including but not limited to electronic channels, provided by or on behalf of Intellistocks(collectively, the “Platform” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, Disclaimers, and Privacy Policy(collectively, the “Terms”) published on our website. “Intellistocks,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Intellistocks and its affiliates. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement between you and Intellistocks.
1.2. Overview – Intellistocks is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use our Platform.
1.3. Applicability – This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, registered users, and others who access our Platform. In certain cases, additional privacy terms may apply (for example, if required by local law or a specific service agreement). 2.2. Information Collected Automatically– When you use Intellistocks, we automatically collect certain technical andusage data:
- Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage Data: Dates and times of login, pages or features used, clicks and scrolling information, and referral webpages.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, remember preferences, and gather analytics about usage of our Platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools; however, disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Platform. By using the Platform without disabling cookies.
2.3. Third-Party Data – We may receiveinformation about you from third-party sources to the extent permitted by law,such as:
- Analytics Providers: Anonymous usage statistics or demographics to help us understand how users interact with our Platform.
- Advertising Partners: Information on how you interact with our ads or partner sites (if we engage in advertising campaigns).

We treat any combined or third-party-provided information with thesame care as information you provide directly, in accordance with this PrivacyPolicy.

Intellistocks uses collected information for the following purposes consistent with applicable law:
- 3.1. Service Delivery and Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate you upon login, provide the features and services you request, and personalize your experience (such as delivering customized AI-driven content and investment research tailored to your interests).
- 3.2. Platform Improvement and Analytics: To analyze usage of our Platform and improve our services and features. This helps us debug issues, make the user interface more intuitive, and develop new tools or content based on user needs. We may use aggregated, de-identified data for internal research and product development.
- 3.3. Communications: To send you service-related communications, such as account confirmations, administrative messages, customer service responses, or security alerts. We may also send promotional communications about new features, newsletters, or special offers, but you will have clear opt-out or unsubscribe options for marketing emails. We will not spam you, and will only send marketing content in accordance with your preferences and applicable law.
- 3.4. Legal Compliance and Security: To comply with legal obligations, such as financial regulations, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, or responding to lawful requests by public authorities. We also use data to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, ensure the security of our Platform, and detect or investigate any wrongdoing. This may include using personal data to verify identities, monitor suspicious activity, and manage risk.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We share personal information with third parties only in the following circumstances and with adequate protections:
- 4.1. Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. However, while Intellistocks conducts due diligence and strives to work with reputable providers, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of third-party systems and are not liable for breaches that occur on their platforms. - 4.2. Business Transactions: If Intellistocks is involved in a merger, acquisition, investment, reorganization, or sale of some or all of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will ensure that any acquiring entity is bound to respect your personal data in a manner consistent with this Policy, and we will provide notice before your personal data is transferred if it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

For example, we might share general usage trends or investment insight statistics with business partners or in public reports. This information contains no personal identifiers and is used to improve our services and knowledge base.

With Your Consent: In cases where you have provided explicit consent for us to share your information with a designated third party (for example, as part of a special feature or collaboration you choose to participate in), we will share your data as instructed by you. In such cases, you will be informed clearly at the time of consent what data will be shared and with whom.
5. International Data Transfers
Intellistocks operates globally, and as such, your personal data maybe transferred to and stored on servers in countries different from your own. When we transfer data across borders, we take appropriate steps to ensure it remains protected according to applicable standards:
- For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions with data transfer restrictions, we rely on approved legal mechanisms for international transfer. This may include implementing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, or transferring data to jurisdictions that have been officially recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection.
- We also may rely on your consent for certain cross-border transfers where permitted by law, or other safeguards in line with international data transfer frameworks.
- Regardless of where your data is processed, we will protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We continuously monitor developments in data protection laws to ensure that our transfer practices meet current legal requirements.
6. Data Security
We take data security very seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
- 6.1. Security Measures: Intellistocks employs a combination of technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to secure data. These measures include, but are not limited to: encryption of sensitive data both in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest, use of secure servers and firewalls, regular security audits and monitoring of our systems, and access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel with a legitimate need can access personal information. We also maintain policies and procedures aligned with cybersecurity best practices to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of data. Despite our rigorous efforts, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and thus we cannot guarantee absolute security of information at all times.
- 6.2. User Responsibilities: Users play a vital role in maintaining the security of their information. We strongly encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Intellistocks account and to enable multi-factor authentication (if available). Do not share your login credentials with others, and be cautious of phishing attacks or any suspicious communications requesting your personal data. If you believe your account has been compromised or notice any unauthorized access or activity, notify us immediately so we can assist in securing your account. Intellistocks is not liable for any unauthorized activity in your account that results from failure to safeguard your own account credentials.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
7.1. Retention Policy: We retain personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law. The duration for which we keep data will depend on the nature of the information and the reasons it was collected. For example, we may retain your account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to reactivate, or to comply with legal obligations (such as financial reporting, audits, or regulatory compliance). We conduct regular reviews of the data we hold and will securely delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed for any legitimate purpose.
7.2. User Rights to Deletion and Modification: You have the right to request deletion or correction of your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Subject to certain exceptions(for example, information we are required to keep by law), we will delete or anonymize your personal data upon your verified request. You may also request to correct or update any inaccuracies. To exercise these rights, you can use the account settings on our Platform or contact us at privacy@intellistocks.com(or another designated contact method). Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove or anonymize your data from our active systems and inform you of the fulfillment of your request, except where retention is legally mandated. Please note that residual copies might remain in backup storage for a short period, but will be purged according to our backup retention schedules.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have specific privacy rights. Intellistocks is committed to honoring applicable rights, which may include:
- 8.1. Access and Portability: You may request details about the personal information we hold about you and request a copy of that information in a commonly used format. This helps you to review the information and even transfer it to another service if needed (data portability).
- 8.2. Correction: You can ask us to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data that we have about you.
- 8.3. Deletion: As noted above, you can request that we delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you withdraw consent (where applicable), or if you object to our processing (and we have no overriding legitimate grounds to continue), or if we are required to delete it to comply with a legal obligation.
- 8.4. Objection and Restriction: You may have the right to object to certain processing (such as direct marketing), or request that we restrict processing of your data under certain circumstances (for instance, while we verify or investigate your concerns about accuracy or legitimate usage).
- 8.5. Marketing Communications: If you have subscribed to marketing updates, you can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any promotional email or by adjusting your account preferences. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you essential transactional or service-related communications (like account notifications or security alerts).
- 8.6. California Residents (CCPA): If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, disclose, or sell (Intellistocks does not sell personal data), the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt-out of any sale of personal data. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights.

European Union (GDPR): If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to object to processing or request restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (to the extent we rely on consent). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have infringed your privacy rights.

We will verify your identity (to protect your privacy) and respond within the timeframe required by law. Some rights may be limited, for example, if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law to keep.
9. Children’s Privacy
Intellistocks’ Platform is not intended for children or minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (in compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international laws protecting minors). If you are under 18, you should not use this Platform or provide any personal information. In the event we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, or from a minor without verifiable parental consent where such consent is required, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records. Parents or guardians who believe that Intellistocks might have collected information from their child may contact us to request deletion of the data.
10. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations (for example, a link to a news article or a login via a social network). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third-party websites or services that are not operated by Intellistocks. We do not control the privacy practices of these third parties, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy compliance of such external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services before providing your personal information to them. If you choose to share information with a third-party (for example, by using a third-party service in conjunction with Intellistocks), you do so at your own risk. Intellistocks is also not liable for any security breaches or data losses that may occur on third-party platforms, even if links to those platforms were provided on our site.
